Services include: revenue analytics and ROAS tracking, revolving financing and receivables discounting, campaign performance evaluation, integration management (Adjust, AppLovin, RevenueCat, Amplitude etc.).

• Access Services only for lawful purposes
• Keep account credentials confidential
• Do not provide false or misleading information
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use API keys and integrations only for authorized purposes

6. Payment Terms

Platform usage is free. Financing services are subject to separate Financing Agreements. No refunds except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software and logos are Momentran's intellectual property.

8. No Warranties

Services are provided "as is." Data on the platform is for information purposes and does not constitute investment advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Momentran is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

4. Hizmet Tanimi

Momentran, mobil uygulama ve oyun yayincilarinin UA harcamalarini finanse etmelerine, gelir analizlerini takip etmelerine ve buyume stratejilerini optimize etmelerine yardimci olan bir kredi ve alacak iskonto platformudur. Hizmetlerimiz: gelir analizi ve ROAS takibi, rotatif finansman ve alacak iskontosu, kampanya performans degerlendirmesi, entegrasyon yonetimi (Adjust, AppLovin, RevenueCat, Amplitude vb.).

5. Kullanici Yukumlulukleri

• Hizmetlere yalnizca yasal amaclarla erisin
• Hesap bilgilerinizi gizli tutun
• Yanlis veya yaniltici bilgi saglamayin
• Sistemlerimize yetkisiz erisim denemeyin
• API anahtarlarini yalnizca yetki verilen amaclarla kullanin

6. Odeme Kosullari

Platform kullanimi ucretsizdir. Finansman hizmetleri ayri Finansman Sozlesmesine tabidir. Yasal zorunluluklar disinda iade yapilmaz.

7. Fikri Mulkiyet

Tum icerik, tasarim, yazilim ve logolar Momentran'in fikri mulkiyetidir.

8. Garanti Reddi

Hizmetler "oldugu gibi" sunulmaktadir. Platformdaki veriler bilgi amaclidir ve yatirim tavsiyesi niteliginde degildir.

9. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

Momentran dolayli, arizi, ozel veya cezai tazminatlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluk son 12 ayda odenen ucretlerle sinirlidir.

10. Uyusmazliklar ve Uygulanacak Hukuk

11. Mucbir Sebep

Momentran makul kontrolu disindaki nedenlerle (dogal afetler, savaslar, salginlar, teknik altyapi sorunlari) meydana gelen gecikme veya aksamalardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
